Right of exchange

In addition to your statutory rights, we grant you, as a consumer, a 14-day right of exchange. You can find more information and our conditions for exchange rights here.


Consumers have a right of withdrawal according to the following provision, according to which consumers are any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or independent professional activity:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days, stating a reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods.

Gift cards or custom jewelry orders are not eligible for returns.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (e-mail: sensorashop@gmail.com) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear explanation (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) using the attached Inform the sample withdrawal form, but this is not absolutely necessary.

In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Once your order has been placed, we cannot cancel or change your order. We'll start processing your order as soon as it's confirmed. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please review all orders and payment methods before placing your order. We cannot update discount code promos on your order after your order has been placed.

Consequences of termination

If you withdraw from this contract, we will have all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery that we offer have done). We pay back by offering an exchange from our online shop, we exchange items if they are defective (because of us) or the size does not fit. We can make exceptions and pay back with a voucher. We only accept the cancellation of the order when we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You have to return the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You assume the direct costs of returning the goods and shipping of 12.00 € for the re-shipment of the exchange product, which must be transferred to us in advance.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the charge of the goods, which is not required to check the type, properties and functionality of the goods.



If you also ordered from the guarantee when purchasing, you will benefit from a six-month guarantee. If a defect occurs during this time and you cannot help it, the product will be sent to you again free of charge. You then only have to pay the shipping costs.

General information

1) Please avoid damaging and contaminating the goods. Please send us the original goods in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to provide adequate protection against damage in transit.

2) Please do not send the goods back to us for freight collection.

3) Please note that the aforementioned paragraphs 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
